If you want to mix sport and nature, the 15 km canoeing adventure is ideal! Enjoy the beauty of the typical landscapes of the Gorges de l'Hérault while crossing rapids that will make your trip more exciting! Discover the Hérault as you have never seen it before: admire the mythical medieval town of Laroque, which is built on a rocky peak, bordering the river. Convinced? Put on your bathing suit and go on an adventure in the Hérault Gorges!
Tour programmePreparation
The meeting point is directly at our base in Agonès, 15 min before the scheduled time. Then, a shuttle will take you to the starting point where we will provide you with the necessary equipment such as life jackets, a waterproof canister, the canoe and the paddle. Then, a short initiation on the use of your equipment will be given to you.

From the start in Ganges, marvel at the beautiful landscapes and enjoy the unique setting of the Herault Gorges! During the tour, you would have the opportunity to pass in front of the fabulous medieval town of Laroque and to cross a suspension bridge. You will also cross several rapids more or less sporty! Finally, take a well-deserved break on one of the beaches of the descent: it is the occasion to swim and to picnic!
Return
Once you reach the end of the descent, a shuttle (last departure: 6 pm) is waiting to take you back to the base. And that's the wrap up of a wonderful day ! On Thursday evening, we organise a dinner by the river (information and reservations directly on site).
