Accessible to all, the 8 km family canoe descent is the activity that you must do with your children! If you are rather out with friends or nature lovers, this tour will also allow you to have fun thanks to the small rapids, while enjoying the wild setting of the Gorges de l'Hérault. Open your eyes and discover the typical and unique landscapes of this river. During this descent, you will also pass under a suspension bridge! So, come and spend a perfect day with us and share wonderful moments with your family or friends!

The meeting point is directly at our base in Agonès, 15 minutes before the departure, not far from the starting point of the circuit, where your equipment will be provided (life jacket, waterproof canoe and paddle). Then, a short initiation on the use of your equipment will be given to you.
Tour
Once your canoe is in the water, you will pass under a suspension bridge and paddle in the calm water of the wildest part of the Hérault: look at the green landscapes that slowly pass under your eyes! You can also take advantage of the many beaches of the descent to swim or picnic. At the end of your descent, you'll see the pierced dam of La Vernède.
Return
Once you reach the end of the descent, a shuttle (last departure: 6 pm) is waiting to take you back to the base. And that's the wrap up of a wonderful day! On Thursday evening, we organise a dinner by the river (information and reservations directly on site).
