If you have always been fascinated by the underwater world and are wondering if diving is for you, we have the perfect compromise for that first experience. Our discover scuba diving course in Fréjus will introduce you to the unique world of diving by combining a short theoretical part and a dive of about 45min during which you will be able to move freely underwater. It is also the perfect course if you want to dive with your family or friends at the same time, as your instructor can take care of up to 3 divers. Dive Area
We choose the day's dive location based on the weather conditions and taking into consideration the levels of all the divers on the boat: our boat only makes one rotation per half-day and you will find yourself with divers of different experience. For the trial dive, we like going to the Lion de mer island (15 min by boat), where the sea bed descends gradually, or to the Cap Dramont. A rich and colourful fauna and flora awaits you on the spot, among them starfish, sea urchins and many species of fish.
Programme24 to 48 hrs before the activity, we ask you to contact us so that we can confirm the diving course and its schedule, depending on the weather conditions.
On the day, we meet at the agreed time at our base in Port Fréjus. Free and paid parking can be found nearby. All equipment is waiting for you directly on our boat, where you can also change and store your personal belongings. Then we set off for the dive site. You will receive the theoretical part on the boat: equipment handling and essential safety rules. Then it will be time to dive, for 45 to 60 min: you will have more autonomy in the water, learning how to handle the buoyancy compensator to go up or down. The instructor will be at your side to guarantee your safety.

I decided to go diving at the last moment before my trip back, as my vacation was ending. It was a spontaneous decision, and I am very happy that I joined Pascal's team. We received instructions and safety rules while we were on the boat heading to the diving point. Divers were paired in diving couples: a diver and a diving instructor. It felt reliable and safe. I was lucky to be paired with Pascal, who also has a sense of humor. We enjoyed fresh croissants with delicious tea (I regret not asking what kind of tea it was) after the dive, which was so nice as we shared our emotions and impressions. If I return to Fréjus on vacation, I will definitely take my diving lessons there!
