I really didn't like the rental company. The women who work there, who I don't know if they own the place, were quite unpleasant. They were shouting at each other, and the customer service wasn't good. Also, I rented a car for six people, but my parents couldn't get in because the step to get out was too high, and they neither offered us more time nor refunded the difference. I've rented from other places and had a very good experience. I don't recommend this one.
