• Departures are mainly dynamic jet ski routes focused on navigation and the riding experience. Depending on the group, sea conditions, and available time, we may make a brief stop for swimming whenever it is safe and the overall pace of the activity allows it. However, these stops are not guaranteed, as the priority is to follow the planned route and ensure the safety of the group.

• We do not recommend bringing your phone during the activity, although if you decide to do so, it is entirely at your own responsibility. If you choose to bring it, it is important that it is kept in a fully waterproof and watertight case, as it may get wet during the activity. We also recommend protecting it with something padded, such as a towel or similar, since there may be movement and possible impacts inside the jet ski storage compartments during navigation.

• We recommend that children be accompanied by an adult from approximately 8 years old onwards, especially on morning departures, when the sea is usually calmer.

• The deposit can be paid on site by cash or card.
