Friendly and experienced crew. Clear communication.
Great ride to and from Spinalonga, Captain was excellant, came back to pick us up right on time.
Unlike all the other tour operators on the island, the staff were unfriendly and clearly gave the impression that tourists were a nuisance. Once dropped off on the island, we only learned at that point that the return trip was scheduled for 1 hour and 10 minutes later, with no option to choose, even though the return trips were listed as lasting up to 2 hours and 30 minutes beyond that. It was a rushed visit, therefore, with absolutely no time to enjoy the island and its breathtaking scenery; even less time to hire a guide for more information about this historically rich place. At €20 per person for access to the island (not including the cost of the boat), it's quite frustrating.
