Explore the beautiful Asinara Park with our RIB boat trip from Stintino, including swimming stops. The adventure begins with a departure from the port of Stintino, where you will board our comfortable RIB boat equipped with shaded areas and seating. This boat is perfect for exploring the stunning coastline and is ideal for families and groups of friends. Shortly after departure, we will head towards our first destination. If you choose the full-day option, the first stop will be at Cala d'Oliva, where we will take a 10-minute walk to reach the main branch of the prison. Here, we will have a guided tour included in the price, and then you will have free time to visit the old village.
Our first stop is an optional visit to the Crama Turtle Centre, where you can learn about the conservation efforts for these incredible creatures. Afterwards, we will make our way to Cala Reale for a refreshing swim and a chance to see the famous white donkeys that inhabit the area. This spot is not only perfect for a swim but also offers a picturesque view of the island's natural beauty.
Next, a brief navigation takes us to the natural pools, where we will pause for another swimming session. Continuing on, we will visit the cliffs of Capo Falcone and explore the bays in the area. On our way back, we will navigate through the Pelosa Channel, stopping for a final swim in front of Pelosa Beach, renowned for its crystal-clear waters. Amazing day out. Great skipper who spoke good English and was very knowledgeable about the island. The snorkeling and swimming stops were fantastic and the views of the island were great. I thoroughly recommend it, my 12 and 14 year old loved the speed of the rib too.
I was disappointed with the tour. I was hoping for visits to secluded coves that were difficult to reach by any means other than a boat, and with few other people. Instead, I found myself disembarking and visiting buildings in Cala Reale, which was not at all what I wanted, and this for a very long 90-minute stop. After that, there were only two stops for swimming, one of which was just 100 meters from La Pelosa beach, where hundreds of people were gathered. Not exactly an inaccessible spot I couldn't have reached without a boat. Only one stop was truly worthwhile.
Super fantastic tour. Pietro, the guy who took us, was really knowledgeable, both in guiding us on the dinghy and in explaining. Highly recommended.
