How to Get There

• Meeting place: at the entrance to the village Monodendri

• Meeting time: 5 minutes before the start of the activity

• Free car parks at the meeting place

Requirements

• Minimum age: 8 years

• Suitable for families including children and the elderly

• Only suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness

• Not suitable for people suffering from vertigo

• Not suitable for people with serious medical conditions

• Not suitable for people with bad heart conditions

• Not recommended for people who suffer from any back problems, or had any back operations
