What to Expect

Embark on a thrilling underwater adventure and explore the wonders of the deep with our Discover Scuba Diving experience in Palamós. Your journey begins with the handing over of documentation followed by a briefing session lasting about ten minutes. We will then provide you with all the necessary equipment and transfer you to the stunning Morro del Vedell cove or to a boat, depending on your choice. Once there, you'll spend a few moments getting used to breathing underwater before diving with our certified instructors for approximately 45 minutes. The maximum dive depth is 5 meters, making it perfect for beginners.

Our certified professional instructors are the best, ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable experience. This activity is ideal for first-timers who want to experience scuba diving or for those whose last dive was a long time ago. We provide a welcoming and supportive environment, so you can focus on enjoying the underwater world.

During the dive, you will explore mesmerizing underwater landscapes, teeming with marine life and colorful corals. Whether you choose the Morro del Vedell cove or the boat option, you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience. Programme

- Meeting & Preparation:

We will meet you at our dive centre 15 minutes before the booked time. Our base is located at the Port Esportiu Marina Palamós and is very close to the beach. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by your instructor, who will give you your equipment and a detailed briefing. After that, all you have to do is go to the beach or to the boat with your group and have your first underwater experience and tons of fun.

- Diving:

Led by our certified instructors, you'll embark on a guided dive lasting approximately 45 minutes. The dive will take place at a maximum depth of 5 meters, ideal for beginners. During the dive, you'll practice hand signals for underwater communication and learn correct breathing techniques.

- Return:

Once the activity is over, we'll take you back to the base. There, you can get your belongings back, change and take a nice hot - and well-deserved - shower.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 12

• Swimming ability

• Physical health

• If you wear prescription glasses, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses

• For divers over the age of 12 years, we require a diving fitness certificate from a doctor
