Embark on an exciting adventure by rafting on the Arachthos river near Loannina. Our tour on the Arachthos river offers a perfect mix of some exciting passages with rough waters and calm waters, great for beginners. Along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Arachthos Gorge, as well as a refreshing swimming stop at Klifkis waterfall. Tour programme- Preparation:
We will either meet you at our base in Frasta or at our meeting point in Lazena at the selected starting time. In both places you can park your car for free. We will drive from our base in Frasta to the second meeting point in Lazena and once the group is complete, you will have time to get changed and you will receive the necessary equipment. We will then make our way to our starting point, Politsa Bridge. Afterwards, we will give you a short introduction and safety instructions.
- Tour:
On our 10 km journey on the river, we will see Klifkis waterfall, where we will make a stop for a swim. We will also pass many springs and waterfalls, as well as the largest single-arch bridge in Greece, Plaka's bridge.
- Return:
At the end of the tour, you will be brought back to our base in Frasta. If you selected Lazena as your starting point, you will be brought back here after the tour. Tour facts
