Lagos is known and famous for many things - scuba diving may not be one of the first activities that comes to someone's mind when thinking about the Algarve region, but still, it is one of the most beautiful spots for the diving experience! With our Discover Scuba Diving offer in Lagos, on the Algarve, you, as a first-timer, will be able to try out the joy of breathing underwater. Our certified dive guides will accompany you during the whole trip and show you beautiful spots.
Dive area
We are heading to the Ponta da Piedade, a dive region famous for its spectacular and unique rock formations and cliffs. Underwater you will find caves with many types of sea creatures such as fish, shrimps, anemones, and gorgonians with bright colours.
Programme
Since it is a trial dive, you will learn the basics of scuba diving, experience how it feels like to wear diving gear, and how to move with it on land as well as in water. You will also only dive a few meters deep to first gauge a feeling for the activity. We will spend around 35 minutes in the water. While under the water, you will be accompanied by a certified scuba diving guide, who will give you instructions and look after you. Come and find out if scuba diving will become your next passion.
After meeting at the booked time at our base in Lagos (parking available nearby), we will find the perfect fitting diving gear in which you feel comfortable. In order to reach the dive area, we will take the boat. Enjoy the sun and fresh ocean air while you prepare for your first diving experience! The whole trip will take you 3 hours, filled with joy and excitement.
