Discover our sea kayak tour around the islands to Cap Croisette and Calanques National Park! For 3 to 4 hours, you will explore the islands off the coast of Marseille. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the rock formations of the island of Maïre, the impressive cliffs of the islet of Tiboulen, which are picturesque islands of the Calanques National Park. From your kayak, you will also see the famous Cap Croisette, as well as Les Goudes. If we are lucky, we may see some sunfish along the way. In groups of 12 people at most, you can let your inner explorer out and see what the coastline around Marseille has to offer.!
Tour programmePreparation
The meeting point is directly at our base on the beach of Pointe Rouge, not far from the starting point of our guided tour. Please arrive there 30 minutes before the booked time. We will then provide you with all the necessary equipment (life jacket, waterproof canister, kayak and paddle) and give a short introduction on how to use it.
Tour
Once you have taken your place in your sea kayak, we will head to the Calanques. We will pass several places that are not to be missed in and around Marseille, such as the Bain des Dames, the Anse des Phocéens and the small fishing port of La Madrague. We will also be able to admire the village of Les Goudes and the Cap Croisette. From there, we will go around the island of Maïre and the island of Tiboulen to see the impressive rock formations of their coasts.
Return
After 3 to 4 hours on the water, we will return to our starting point. To do so, we will once again pass by the Cap Croisette and you will also see the Calanque of la Baie des Singes.
