Stand up paddling on the Argens river? Easy peasy! With its slow current, the river is as calm as a lake and allows you to paddle with ease. You will have no difficulty keeping your balance and making your way up and down the river. You'll see, the 2 hours will fly by and you'll only want to do it again!
What to see
During the 2-hour rental period, we recommend our 4 km round trip. You will start by going up the river for 2 km, then stop on a small island near a dam, for a well-deserved and relaxing break. After having your battery recharged by the peacefulness of the river, you will return to the base. Here, picnic tables and deckchairs by the water are waiting for you, so that you can continue to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Argens river.
Pick-up
You can pick up your equipment at the booked time directly at our base in Fréjus. Our team will inform you of the safety measures and the basics to enjoy your experience.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 12 years old (10 if really sporty)
The activity SUP Hire on the Argens River by Kayak Paddle Fréjus in Fréjus is available every day, from August 19, 2026 through September 9, 2026. Each day offers 7 start times between 10:00 and 16:00. Sessions last 1 to 2 hours and are offered as private activities for up to 10 participants. Prices range from €15.00 to €20.00.
