This boat trip to Balos Lagoon and Gramvousa island is a favorite for visitors to Crete, with around 88% of reviewers giving it five stars. Reviewers find it a well-organized day trip, praising the friendly crew and the "simply breathtaking" scenery. It's a hit with families and couples. While the on-board food is often called delicious and plentiful, some found the boat could get crowded during peak times, making shaded seats hard to find. Overall, it's considered an unforgettable and convenient way to experience Crete's famous beaches.

Worst cruise I've ever been on. Overbooked, too crowded, people were bumping into each other, the staff were unfriendly and even yelled at you. They advertise the trip as 7 hours, but in the end, you barely spend 2 hours at Gramvousa and 1 hour 50 minutes at Balos, and that includes the trip to and from the boat, which takes forever… Go to Elafonissi several times instead of this cruise, which costs an arm and a leg—way too much in my humble opinion.
