The activity takes place in the Cerbère-Banyuls natural reserve, where you can discover the underwater biodiversity of the Mediterranean seabed.
The FFESSM PE12 is the first diploma course from the French scuba diving federation. It qualifies you to dive in France up to a maximum depth of 12 m, accompanied by a diving instructor.
The minimum age to participate is 12 years.
The course includes a certified diving instructor, high-quality diving gear (wetsuit, mask, fins), and a scuba tank. The certification fee of 20€ is not included and has to be paid on site.
The complete training takes place over 2 days and includes 4 dives and theoretical courses.
No, this course does not require any particular experience and is perfectly suitable for beginners.
You will learn how to use the diving equipment and how to communicate underwater. After some exercises, you will be able to dive to a depth of 12 m.
If you wear prescription glasses, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses to participate.
