At the bus terminal at Tromsø Havn Prostneset, (Samuel Arnesens gate 5, 9008, Tromsø)
It was quite an experience interacting with reindeer, and the talk about Sami culture was very interesting. It was also nice to try the reindeer meat. The dinner was perhaps a bit small for the price of the tour, but everything in Norway is expensive for Spaniards! The pity is that we couldn't ride the sleigh because it had rained and the snow was very soft, but they gave me a refund for the proportional part! Overall, everything was great!
Very friendly team, good organization, reindeer are treated well.
Based on customer experiences, if the sledding cannot take place due to poor snow conditions, a partial refund may be provided.
