We meet 15 minutes before the booked time at our beach base in Espinho. There, you meet your instructor, receive the full surf equipment and safety briefing. From there, we head to the before chosen beach (depending on the wind conditions we drive to one of the many beaches in the area). Very friendly and accomodating people! The teacher was really helpful and really took the time to help us understand everything since it was our first time. Would definitely recommend but try to make a booking through their own website/contact them directly to make concrete plans.

Do I need to be a good swimmer, and what's the minimum age?
To participate in the activity, you must have swimming ability. The provider has not specified a minimum age.
