Stand up paddling is the ideal activity to evolve on the water without effort... or almost! Standing on a board, you paddle on a calm water body and enjoy the freedom that the board gives you, while admiring the scenery! To master the technique and make the most of this activity, we offer a 1-hour course to learn the basics and then evolve independently in complete safety. With your qualified instructor and the other participants (up to 8 per group), you will undoubtedly have a great time!

We meet directly at the school. Then you will reach the beach where you will meet your instructor. The material will be provided before the beginning of the course.
