The Discover Scuba Diving program offers you an insight into the unique world of diving. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy breathing underwater and discover the hidden treasures beneath the sea surface without a certification course. The crystal clear and warm waters of the Aegean Sea are perfect for your first dive with experienced instructors.Dive Area
Our house reef offers the perfect environment for your first dive. The proximity to the shore gives you security, while the Paradise Reef with its colourful underwater world offers a lot to discover. While diving you will surely see some sea creatures like squids, wrasses, barracudas, bream, moray eels, starfish, sponges, anemones and many more. You may even meet Tony, our friendly resident grouper.
Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We meet at our base right on Paradise Beach. Here you get to know your instructors and fill out the necessary forms. A 20-minute introductory video follows, where you will learn everything about the upcoming adventure. Afterwards, you receive the diving equipment as well as a theoretical introduction to scuba diving.
- Diving:
After all open questions have been answered, we start practicing the basic skills in shallow water directly at our base. As soon as you have mastered the most important techniques, we do the first dive up to 7m in our house reef. You can explore the underwater world, while an experienced instructor is always at your side.
- Return:
After the dive, we return to the base. Here you can end the day at Paradise Beach. If you decide to continue diving, the Discover Scuba Diver will be credited to you and you can start where you left off in the certification course (except for the 1.5h try scuba tour). If you can't get enough of diving yet, there is also the option to do an additional boat dive for a surcharge of €100 on site after you completed your first dive for the Discover Scuba Diving programme.
