Waves will no longer have any secrets for you after your surf lessons with your state-certified instructor! In groups of up to 8 surfers, you will be oriented on the first day to the level that suits you best and discover the beaches of Hossegor, nicknamed the "Hawaii" of Europe. From the age of 6, we will provide both kids and adults with the necessary equipment for safe and fun lessons! Beginners will learn to gear up, handle their board, slide on a foam or practice standing up in one go. More experienced surfers will be able to perform a take-off at the top of the wave, keep a direction on a wave and even surf on different types of boards. We welcome you to our surf shop to get to know each other and show you your high-quality surf equipment. Once we have found the right suit and board for you, we will go towards the beach that has the most suitable waves (most of the time De La Sud beach, and in some cases Capbreton and Seignosse).Start time

Do I need to be a good swimmer, and what's the minimum age?
You need to have swimming ability to participate. The minimum age is 6 years.
Why can the time of my lesson change, and how big is the group?
The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions and will be confirmed 1 day in advance. Lessons are held in groups of up to 8 surfers.
Is equipment included, and what do I need to bring?
A wetsuit and a surfboard are included. You should bring swimwear, a towel, a T-shirt, shampoo, and shower gel.

You will meet your instructor at the surf shop.
What does the course consist of?
The lesson includes a 30-minute warm-up (including getting suited up), practice on the beach, and up to 1.5 hours of practice in the sea.
Are there showers or lockers available?
Yes, lockers are provided at the shop and there is a public shower next to it.
Where do the lessons take place?
The lessons take place on the beach with the most suitable waves. This is usually De La Sud beach, but can also be in Capbreton or Seignosse depending on the conditions.
