We meet at the Langjökull Klaki Basecamp, 15 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find free car parks nearby.

• It is necessary to wear warm, waterproof layers and sturdy hiking boots, even in summer

• Please note that Road 550 leading to Húsafell from Þingvellir National Park is an F-Road. It is closed from October until June and is suitable only for 4×4 cars when open. During winter, always use Road 1 towards Borgarnes and road 50 and 518 to Húsafell
