What to Expect

Explore the rich waters of Argentario with our full day boat tour with snorkeling and lunch. We will depart from Porto Ercole and head to Giannutri Island. Here, we will have a first snorkeling stop in the Santuario dei Cetacei, where it is possible to see some dolphins. Before jumping in the water, we will explain to you what you can expect to encounter and to give you a better understanding of the underwater world. After the first stop, we will head to the second snorkeling point, meanwhile, you can try some tasty snacks onboard. Then we will stop for a second snorkeling immersion. Before coming back to the starting point, try the freshly made lunch served aboard with typical products.

Snorkeling Site

Argentario and the nearby area of Santuario dei Cetacei, including Isola di Giannutri, are exceptional spots for snorkeling, offering some of the Mediterranean's most vibrant underwater experiences. The protected waters of the Cetacean Sanctuary are rich in marine life, where snorkelers can encounter dolphins, sea turtles, and a variety of fish species. The seabeds around Isola di Giannutri are particularly captivating, featuring a mix of rocky outcrops, underwater caves, and Posidonia meadows, which serve as nurseries for many marine creatures. The clear, calm waters ensure excellent visibility, allowing snorkelers to fully appreciate the stunning biodiversity of this marine paradise.

How to Get There

We meet in Porto Ercole, 15 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find paid parking nearby.
