What to Expect
Discover the wild beauty of Mount Etna, the tallest volcano in Europe with our jeeptour with wine tasting and light lunch included. At the end of our adventure, we will enjoy a light lunch and a wine tastingof Etna DOC wines. We will start the tour from our base in Viagrande and from there, we will begin our journey on a comfortable 4x4 jeep. The jeep will be driven by our experienced guide so you just have to sit, relax and enjoy the panorama. Arriving at the mount, we will begin an easy hike of about 3 km to explore the lateral crater of Mount Etna, which develops along the slopes of the volcano. This spot offers stunning views and a sense of the immense power of nature.
Afterwards, we will continue the exploration by jeep and discover the lava flow channel. Here, you'll witness the fascinating process where hot magma cools and creates a lava cave. Our guide will share intriguing stories and insights about the history and geology of this unique natural wonder. We will end the day with a light lunch and a tasting of fine wines from a local winery, a perfect way to unwind and savour the flavours of the region.
