What to Expect
Explore the majestic Mount Etna with our Jeep Tour with pick-up and guide included. We will start the tour from our base in Viagrande and from there, we will begin our journey on a comfortable 4x4 jeep. The jeep will be driven by our experienced guide so you just have to sit, relax and enjoy the panorama. Once arrived on the Mount, we will begin an easy hike for about 3 km where we will discover the lateral crater of Mount Etna, which develops along the slopes of the volcano.
Afterwards, we will continue exploring the area by jeep until we will reach a lava flow channel. Here, you will witness the fascinating process where hot magma cools down and creates a lava cave. Our guide will not only drive you around but also tell you all the stories and curiosities about the history and geology of this beautiful nature creation. During the tour, we will also stop at a hut for a lunch break and to get some rest, providing a perfect moment to relax and take in the incredible surroundings.
