Pretty bad.. I emailed them before making my booking to let them know that I was in a wheelchair And they told me that's not a problem Because the trip was wheelchair-accessible The crew had to lift me on and off the boat And when we arrived in Gozo, they told me that there was no van with a ramp or a lift that could take me I felt embarrassed and stressed with the fact that I had to climb into a van with the help of 4 guys Truly humiliating for me If the trip wasn't accessible, why sell it like it is I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues
I would not take the experience again. The program was not clear, then they bought us at Comino in the hot hours to visit the village, we just wanted to go to the beach cause It was too hot. Comino & Blue Lagoon was too crowded and at the end we swimmed only half an hour. Much Better to stat in Malta
