Details

Discover two beautiful islands of the Tuscan Archipelago with our boat trip to Giglio and Giannutri. We will depart from Castiglione and pass through the Formiche di Grosseto (the ants of Grosseto), a group of uninhabited islets. In case we stop in Talamone to board other customers, we will instead navigate along the coast and admire the Argentario and the Maremma Park. Our guides will explain what we see on the way, but don't hesitate to ask questions! Once we arrive in Giglio, you can visit the island on your own for about 3 hours. We recommend you visit its beautiful beaches and take some time to reach Giglio Castello, a medieval village with delightful narrow streets and an old surrounding wall. Regarding lunch, you can choose to bring it from home, eat in a restaurant on Giglio or have lunch with us on the boat. In the early afternoon, we make our way to Giannutri, and during the 45-minute navigation our guides will keep you company with explanations about the area, trivia and historical facts. You then have 1.5 hours to visit Giannutri, walking its nature trails, visiting the Roman villa or swimming in the cove near the port. Once the island tour is over, we return to our ports of departure, accompanied by the wonderful views of the Argentario and the Uccellina Park.

A pleasant day. The boat is suitable for a trip of this length because it has both indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and helpful. The onboard guide explains interesting facts and history, which are a delight to listen to, even for those who frequent these places a lot. The option of additional excursions and snorkeling is truly interesting. You can enjoy a freshly prepared lunch on board. Everything was truly enjoyable. Recommended.
