Become a fully certified Open Water Diver in the paradisiacal backdrop of Madeira's coastline with Azul Diving Center. Learn all you need to know about scuba diving and acquire the necessary skills to become an independent diver. Enjoy swimming alongside countless different marine species and get to know their unique habitat.
Goal of the course
As a qualified Open Water Diver, you are able to dive independently from a scuba diving instructor to a depth of 18m. All you need is a Buddy that is equally qualified and you can go out and explore the world beneath the sea together.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our dive centre at the time specified on your booking confirmation. We will ask you to fill out some paperwork, and then you can get started with your first theory lesson in our classroom. Once you're ready to get in the water for your first practical dives, all equipment will have been prepared for you.
