On the beaches of the Atlantic coast, the conditions are met to satisfy surfers of all levels, from beginners to the most experienced. And to make the most of this experience, private surf lessons are ideal. Alone, with two or three people, among family or friends, we await you on the beach of Sail Fish in Cap-Ferret where you will benefit from the expertise of your state-certified instructor for rapid progress, all in a nice atmosphere.
Meeting & Preparation
The course schedule changes daily depending on the tides. They generally take place between 9 am. and 5 pm. On the first day, we meet at the agreed time at the Ocean Tennis Club. Our base is located under the trees. There, you will get to know our instructor and you will receive your equipment adapted to your age and level (surfboard and wetsuit). Then, you will head for the beach, about ten minutes away, behind the dune.
Start timeThe start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available 1 week in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

- Theory session on the beach (presentation of the session and goal) and warm up: 10-15min
- Practice in the sea (every 15min, you head back to the beach in a group or alone for instructions and feedback): up to 1.5h
