How to Get There

• Meeting place: at our office

• Meeting time: 15 minutes before departure

• Pick-up: If you wish to make use of our pick-up service, please contact us after completing the booking. The pick-up service starts 30 min before the the start of the activity, please be ready 5 min before you get picked up

• No pets allowed

• You are allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks

• Please note that this activity requires a minimum of 2 participants on weekdays and Saturdays and of 4 participants on Sundays to take place. If this number is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule the activity or give you a refund

• Other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish) are available on request

• Not suitable for wheelchairs and strollers

• A short reindeer ride (around 500 meters) is included if the winter conditions permit it. If the sleigh ride is not available due to lack of snow, 30% of the price will be refunded
